2. Information Collection and Use
When you download and use the Application, we may collect limited technical and usage information to improve stability, performance, and user experience.

- Device IP address, network type, connection status, WiFi signal strength, ping results, latency, download speed, upload speed, and other network diagnostic values generated while using app features.

- Crash logs, diagnostics, and anonymized usage statistics through Firebase, analytics, or similar tools.
- Information you provide when contacting support, such as your email address and message content.
Network privacy commitment: WiFi and speed information is used to display connection quality and diagnose network conditions. Location permission may be required by Android to scan WiFi networks, but the Application is not designed to track your precise movement or continuously monitor your physical location.
3. Core Device Permissions
The Application may request permissions depending on your Android version, device type, and selected features. Permissions are used according to the principle of minimum necessary access.
Location
Android may require location permission to scan, detect, or display nearby WiFi networks and related WiFi information. This permission is used for WiFi scanning and network diagnostics, not to track your precise movement.
WiFi and Network State Access
WiFi and network state access is used to read connection status, signal strength, IP information, network type, speed estimates, ping results, and other technical network parameters needed for network analysis.
Internet and Network Access
Internet access is used to run speed checks, communicate with test services, load app services, retrieve updates, support analytics, display ads, and provide troubleshooting functionality where available.
Display Over Other Apps / Floating Window
Where supported and enabled by the user, floating window access may be used to show a speed indicator or network status overlay while using other apps. You can disable this permission through Android settings.
Notifications
Notification permission may be used to provide app notices, speed test status, service messages, or related updates where supported.
Launcher and Home Screen Access
Because the Application is a launcher application, launcher-related access may be used to support home screen layout behavior, shortcuts, app access surfaces, widgets, search surfaces, and related customization features. If set as your default launcher, parts of your home screen experience may change, while installed apps and personal files remain available on your device.
4. Third Party Access
The Application may use third-party service providers for analytics, advertising, crash reporting, app distribution, speed test services, cloud-connected features, and platform support. These providers may process limited technical or aggregated data according to their own privacy policies.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate, support, secure, and improve the Application, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our terms. Anonymous or aggregated analytics data may be retained for a reasonable period to improve performance and reliability.

The Application is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
